​ON-AIR PERSONALITY / PART-TIME (Weekend & Fill-in)

 

JOB HOURS:

  • Vary (weekends and fill-in as needed)

  • This is an IN=PERSON position. Must physically be at studio for shift.

​

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following:)

  • Perform weekend show when weekend host is not available.

    • This position will be on-call every Saturday to be ready for emergencies.

  • Perform weekday shows when weekday host is not available, dependent on availability. Days will vary.

  • Assist the production department in voicing and producing commercials as needed.

  • Assist in promotions and events when/where needed (occasional weekends/nights could be involved).

  • Perform periodic on-location “van stops” and “live remotes”.

    • Talent fees may vary

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong on-air presence with a clear, engaging speaking voice and natural storytelling ability

  • Passion for music, pop culture, and connecting with listeners in an authentic way

  • Ability to prepare, deliver, and adapt live or recorded content with confidence and creativity

  • Comfortable operating broadcast equipment, studio software, and digital audio systems

  • Basic audio production skills, including recording, editing, and segment prep

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take direction and collaborate with programming staff

  • Professional attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

  • Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Hourly rate dependent on experience and availability.

  • Talent fees when applicable for paid events
