Job Title: Office Manager
Overview: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, submitting orders and traffic instructions, and organizing prizes and station information.

Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure all office equipment is in good working condition.

Front Desk Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Data Entry and Filing: Accurately input data into databases and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

Assistance to Management: Provide support to management and other staff members as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Assist with Special Projects: Collaborate with team members on various projects, including event planning, research, and other initiatives to support company objectives.
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required. Prior experience in the broadcast media industry is preferred but not required. We welcome applications from entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and photocopiers.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to proofreading documents.

ON-AIR PERSONALITY / PART-TIME (Weekend & Fill-in)
JOB HOURS:

Vary (weekends and fill-in as needed)

This is an IN=PERSON position. Must physically be at studio for shift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following:)

Perform weekend show when weekend host is not available.
-
This position will be on-call every Saturday to be ready for emergencies.

Perform weekday shows when weekday host is not available, dependent on availability. Days will vary.

Assist the production department in voicing and producing commercials as needed.

Assist in promotions and events when/where needed (occasional weekends/nights could be involved).

Perform periodic on-location “van stops” and “live remotes”.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong on-air presence with a clear, engaging speaking voice and natural storytelling ability

Passion for music, pop culture, and connecting with listeners in an authentic way
-
Ability to prepare, deliver, and adapt live or recorded content with confidence and creativity
-
Comfortable operating broadcast equipment, studio software, and digital audio systems
-
Basic audio production skills, including recording, editing, and segment prep
-
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take direction and collaborate with programming staff
-
Professional attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
COMPENSATION:

Hourly rate dependent on experience and availability.
